We take safety seriously, which is why all training vehicles are equipped with dual controls. This means that instructors can take control of the vehicle if needed, providing an added layer of safety and peace of mind.
Before You Start:
There are a few things you need to know before you start driving:
Firstly, you need to be 17 yrs old and have a valid provisional licence.
To get a provisional licence, you need a D1 form from the Post Office and fill it in and then send it off to the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) with a valid passport or birth certificate and a passport size photo. You can also apply online.
You can apply for a provisional as much as three months before your seventeenth birthday.
